Request to Use Ogden City Logo

The Ogden City logo is a trademark of Ogden City, Utah. Reproduction or use of the logo without the prior written consent of the City is strictly prohibited.

The logo may be used by authorized agents and employees of Ogden City only in conducting the official business of the City, subject to the following terms and condition of use. 

The Ogden City logo may not be used by third parties without the prior written approval of the Ogden City Legal Department. In order to obtain permission, you must agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use and submit a request for permission as explained below.

Terms & Conditions of Use of the Logo:

• You may not use the Ogden City logo for political or commercial purposes.
• You may not edit, alter, modify, or distort the Ogden City logo in any way.
• You must comply with the Ogden City Brand Style Guide in your use of the logo, including using the specified PMS colors as stated in the Style Guide.
• You may not use the Ogden City logo to provide or imply endorsement, affiliation, or promotion by the City of any product or service, or any class of products or services, unless additional written permission is obtained from the Ogden City Legal Department.
• You may only use the Ogden City logo for the purposes specified in this request form.
• You agree that your use of the logo will be of such high standard and quality as to be adequate and suited to the protection and enhancement of the logo and Ogden City’s good will therein.
• You will always use the ™ or ® in connection with the logo, as the case may be.
• Your use of the logo shall inure to the benefit of Ogden City, without further consideration.
• You acknowledge and agree that Ogden City makes no representation or warranty of non-infringement and expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties, whether express or implied.
• You agree that Ogden City has the right to revoke your permission to use the logo at any time, with or without cause, and that upon revocation you will immediately cease use of the logo.
• You agree that these Terms & Conditions of Use may be amended from time to time and will govern your use of the logo thereafter. You therefore agree to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.
