The purpose of this project is to create a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) This will include a complete rewrite of Ogden City’s Zoning Ordinance and an update to its Subdivision Regulations, Sign Ordinance, and Landmarks Ordinance combining them into a well-organized, graphicly rich, user-friendly Unified Development Ordinance that includes tables, images, and diagrams. This project will be a full replacement of Titles 14, 15, 17, and 18, which will include land uses, approval processes, and the coordination of other requirements that may be applicable.
A consultant team has been selected by the selection committee. Staff is working with the consultant to finalize the scope of work.
